I. DEFINITIONS

  1.   3. Device – An electronic device through which the User accesses the Administrator’s website.

  4. User – Refers to the entity on behalf of which, in accordance with the Regulations and legal provisions, electronic services may be provided or with whom an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.

II. USE OF COOKIES

  1. The Administrator uses Cookies through the website.

  2. Information gathered based on Cookies is used for proper optimization of the website functioning, as well as for statistical and advertising purposes.

  3. Cookies register the User’s website activity by recognizing the Device, thus allowing the website to be displayed in a way optimized to the User’s individual preferences.

The persistent Cookies mechanism does not allow for any personal data or any confidential information to be retrieved from the User’s Device.

III. WAYS TO SET CONDITIONS FOR STORING OR ACCESSING COOKIES

  1. The User has the ability to limit or disable access of Cookies to their Device. If this option is used, the use of the Administrator’s website will be possible, except for the functions that by their nature require Cookies.

  2. The User can independently and at any time change the settings for Cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access by Cookies to the User’s Device. Changes to the settings mentioned above can be made via the web browser settings or through the configuration of the service.
